General infrastructure:
CAREONLINE consists of two product parts, the CAREONLINE server, which is installed inside the clinic or at the doctors and the CAREONLINE app. The CAREONLINE app can only be used if it is connected to a CAREONLINE server at the doctor or in the clinic.
Easy connection:
Your doctor generates a QR code. When you are there, you can use the camera of your mobile device to scan the QR code and connect to the CAREONLINE server.
questionnaires:
Your doctor can send you questionnaires to your mobile device. You can answer the questionnaires easily with the CAREONLINE app. Your doctor can use the CAREONLINE server to create questionnaires - either specific to a patient or to a group of patients. Your doctor can then view your answers on the CAREONLINE server.
Memories:
Your doctor can send reminders to your mobile device asking you to answer questionnaires.
